First update in a long long time. Why havne’t I updated in so long?  It’s not because I have a webpage and that I think xanga is totally useless. It’s not because I was trying to use my xanga as a big advertisement campaign for HerbAsia (buy some tea at HERBASIA). It’s not even because I started work (Focus Enhancements).  It’s because I have an addiction. Yes, I do, I confess, there’s nothing to hide now. I have a problem…. I think this problem is called DnB.  At least this is what my doctors call it, I’m not really sure what it stands for…. but they say it’s serious.  Serious because I’m addicted to something that’s not all that good.  Compared to drugs, it’s like if you get addicted to Tylenol… it happens! it happens! But it’s still just frikkin Tylenol.  Maybe if I was addicted to the crack cocaine equivalent of happening places around the bay, maybe then I’ll be having a grand time.

All joking aside, I visit DnB maybe once every week, sometimes more. This is pretty insane, but then again I live in a pretty insane area.  Insane being that if I step outside your door after 10pm, I am more likely to see deer running down my road than seeing my friends. This is why DnB is such a cash cow. It’s like if we put one in the middle of where Eskimos live (I think japan….), and then watch them go through a daily debate whether they would want to go drink, play video games (ATV!!), and have fun…. or perhaps maybe go ice fishing instead (like the japanese).

Anyway, work’s been really busy for me so far, but today is different. My boss is out of town and all I want to do is relax and chat online. Except it’s against company policy to have AIM, so I’m on Quick Buddy. The damn thing closes on me every other minute, so it’s not really fun.  My messages come out something like “hy wasp kre” because new messages take focus and force me to write into the new box. So if you see me go on and offline a lot, like 50 times in an hour, then you know why.  I still got some work done today because i’m not a complete bum (like the japanese). Anyway, I saved up a lot of work for myself on Monday to see if I’m man enough to handle it all in one day.

If you’ve ever read Gordon’s xanga (’Akuraz’ aka ‘Japaneez’), you’ve noticed that he recently thanked a lot of people for making his day better just by writing a xanga entry here and there. Well at work, I thank all you semiconductor companies out there: Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, Philips, Motorola, etc etc. because you… YOU… YOU MY GOOD BUDDIES keep me inside and cooped up all day long, waist deep in your datasheeting, god-hating, anti-semite world. Damn haters. But I guess it’s a living, at least now I can bring the real lobster and scrimp up to the dining table.

It’s Friday, I’m done typing, and I’m about to go home, kick back, watch some tv and maybe eat some cheetos.
